What’s the shipping policy?

Getting you the freshest coffee available is our priority. We know that a great cup of coffee starts with fresh beans. We also know that you want your order to come in as soon as possible. We generally roast, prepare and ship every order within 3 days of the order being placed. We ship USPS Monday through Friday, these carriers observe most national holidays, which may affect shipping times. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. We appreciate your patience. 

How much is shipping?

You will receive free priority shipping on all orders. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What’s the return policy?

We cannot return or exchange coffee for any reason due to the perishable nature of the product and current COVID-19 guidelines. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, reach out to our customer service team at info@noocoffeeco.com with your name and order number.

Where should I store my coffee?

The best way to store coffee is in whole bean form (not ground) in an airtight container. Our bags do a fairly good job of locking in freshness so you can simply store your bag of coffee in a cool, dark place. We don’t recommend storing coffee in a fridge or freezer as this introduces the beans to moisture and could lead to degradation of the coffee. Additionally, coffee easily absorbs the flavors of things around it so be mindful not to store it near odorous foods or jars.
